主題展分三個展區：「沿之有物：沿著鐵路看建物」、「言之有物：跟著物流說故事」、和「延之有物：延伸時代續產物」。透過地圖、文獻、影像記錄，揭示日治時期松山煙草工場選址興建與鐵路交通運輸的關係，以及物料來到松山菸廠變成成品的產製過程。本展覽從舊鐵路運輸貨物的角度認識松菸的專用鐵路 (Industrial Railway)，與因應這條產業鐵道而生的文化脈絡，邀請觀眾一同體驗時空轉變，記錄交通對松菸及臺北東區面貌轉變的印象。

The themed exhibition is organized into three sections. Each section features maps, archives, and visuals that reveal the relationship between the site selection and construction of the Songshan Tobacco Factory during the Japanese colonial period, as well as its railway connections and the production process, from the arrival of materials at the site to the finished products. The exhibition explores the industrial railway of the Songshan Tobacco Factory, which was once part of old freight rail lines. And it showcases the cultural context that emerged from this railroad. Visitors are invited to experience the passage of time and space, with the shifts and changes at the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park and Taipei’s East District propelled by transportation.
