松山文創園區自 2012 年開辦「原創基地節」以來，已超過 100 組原創作品參展。2019 年起鼓勵戶外現地創作；2023 年開始結合文史踏查，梳理松菸與城市的關係，持續藉藝術創作活化古蹟空間，演繹松山菸廠轉型至文創園區的故事。

The Songyanland Festival debuted in 2012 and has showcased over 100 original works at Songshan Cultural and Creative Park (SCCP) thus far. Since 2019, the festival has started to present outdoor site-specific art. In 2023, we incorporated field surveys of cultural history to explore the connection between the site and the city. Through art, the heritage spaces of the site are continually revitalized, with stories of the Songshan Tobacco Factory’s transformation into a cultural and creative park shared.

2025 Songyanland Festival: Tracing The Echoes

2025 年原創基地節從一條不到 500 公尺的舊軌道支線，找上運輸路徑，沿縱貫鐵路，望見臺北城市鐵道廊帶近代產業遺產群。

The 2025 Songyanland Festival traces an old branch line less than 500 meters long, charting a Western Trunk Line North (a central line and frequently trafficked section of Taiwan’s train system) transportation route. The festival offers a glimpse into the modern industrial heritage cluster along Taipei’s old railroad corridor.

在今天松山文創園區北側有條「菸廠路」，其前身是一條「松山菸廠專用側線」，用於載運菸葉進入松山菸廠進行加工後製，再將一箱箱成品送出。隨著都市發展、產業更迭，這條既短又已不存在的專用側線鮮少被提及。松山菸廠專用側線連接縱貫鐵路，跟著貨物的產製路徑，沿途可見眾多工廠。這些工廠有的銷聲匿跡，有的被保留下來，形成東西向帶狀分布的產業遺產群 (Industrial heritage)。綜觀產業遺產群建造年代，能看出臺北城市由西往東的規劃開發。

On the northern side of Songshan Cultural and Creative Park lies “Yanchang Road.” The term "Yanchang (菸廠) means “tobacco factory” in Chinese. The road was once a private siding for the Songshan Tobacco Factory, used to transport tobacco leaves into the factory for processing. The finished products were then packaged into boxes and shipped out. With urban development and industrial transformation, this short and defunct siding is rarely mentioned. This siding of the Songshan Tobacco Factory is linked to the Western Trunk Line North. Following the route used for goods, we can see numerous factories along the way. While many no longer exist today, a few have been preserved and now form an Industrial Heritage Cluster in Taipei with an east-west distribution. Observing the development of this Industrial Heritage Cluster reveals that Taipei’s urban growth progressed from the west to the east.

今年原創基地節以天工開物、沿流溯源發想，取名「沿之有物」，展出六組現地創作、二組現地表演及一間主題展，另串聯縱貫線沿線的產業遺產群，共同導引舊鐵道運輸路徑主題的跨領域討論，進一步認識城市產業發展脈絡。

Inspired by the idea that everything is created by skillfully harnessing the power of the earth, we have named this year's festival “Tracing The Echoes.” This name reflects our hope to return to the source and explore the echoes within. The festival presents six site-specific works, two site-specific performances, and one themed exhibition, connecting the four industrial heritage sites along the old railroad corridor in Taipei. These works collectively spark conversations about the history of railway transportation and enhance our understanding of the city's industrial development.
