是旅途中行經陌生城市的街景，看見在咖啡館牆上的一張電影海報；或是吃飯時，捧在手上溫暖到心底的器皿；通勤忙碌的時間裡，穿梭於地鐵、捷運間，抬起頭，偶然看見某一個角落，發現了不同的細節。設計，是我們生活當中無所不在的體驗。也是讓生活，變得更好的思考方法。

    從 2020 年到 2023 年，在生活了超過 1000 天的日子裡，設計是否曾經改變了我們什麼？而哪些改變，是因為設計，正在發生？會不會是學校變美了、消防栓長得不一樣了？還是曾經熟悉的舊火車站，在停靠月台間、乘客下車出站回頭一望，發現有了新的變化。又或是，和家人一起逛市場、來到衛生所的時刻，以及城市因為節慶，而變得更有活力，使我們更認識自己的文化，又感到更加便利的當下。

    在本次展覽當中，從多項由台灣設計研究院所促成的計畫裡，回顧我們過去 1000 天「那些改變的時候」——有哪些「看不見的設計」思考、「看得見的設計」創新，以及每一個你們如何透過「+1」的參與，來和設計進行對話，成為那一份改變的力量。走入展間，帶著「+1貼紙」進行體驗，在觀展的過程感受「原來這個也能設計！」的再發現，期待更多設計所改變的 1000+1 種日常。

Do you remember when the word 'design' first crossed your mind?

Perhaps it was during a journey in an unfamiliar city, spotting a movie poster on a café wall. Or maybe it was the warm feeling you experienced holding a tableware in your hands during a meal. In the midst of busy commutes, you occasionally looked up in the metro, only to notice intriguing details in a corner. Design is all around us, woven seamlessly into our everyday experiences—it gives us a fresh perspective out of the ordinary.

From 2020 to 2023, spanning over a thousand days, has design brought about any changes in our lives? What changes are happening as a result of design? Has the school become more beautiful or have fire hydrants taken on a new appearance? Perhaps while disembarking, you glanced back, struck by transformations of the old station you once knew. Or it could be the moments spent with family exploring markets, visiting health centers, and experiencing the vibes of the city during festivals. These moments make us aware of our cultural heritage and the conveniences around us.

In this exhibition, we present 'Moments of Change' from many projects facilitated by Taiwan Design Research Institute (TDRI) over the past thousand days. We explore the 'invisible design' thinking, the 'visible design' innovations, and how we engage in conversations with design through our '+1' idea, the upvotes from everyone's support. As you step into the exhibition space, carry the '+1 sticker' and immerse yourself in the experience, you will discover the 'Wow, this can also be designed!' moments. And the 1000+1 ways of design will bring wonders to everyone’s daily life.
